Petra the traditional stone summer house for guests offers a peaceful retreat where visitors can unwind, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories in a cozy and welcoming environment. it is designed for a couple or  a family with one or two little children under 14  as it is featured a shared bedroom with a bed and sofa.  The house boasts a charming exterior crafted from locally sourced stone, which helps keep the interior cool during the hot summer days.

A spacious terrace or patio extends from the house, providing an outdoor living area for the couple or the family to enjoy their holidays and the traditional neighbourhood.

  • What’s the minimum period of booking? +

    Minimum period of booking in the high season 7 nights 35% deposit has to be done asap after the receipt of the booking confirmation. No booking is secured before the down payment. Min deposit = 1 day rent.

  • What is our refund policy? +

    100% of the advanced payment will be refunded only when the booking is cancelled at least 21 days before the date of arrival 50% of the advanced payment will be refunded when the booking is cancelled at least 10 days before the date of arrival. This term does not apply for bookings in the High season. After the arrival and settlement in the room, no part cancellations are accepted without 50% refund.

    Sorry we can not accept at the moment other payment methods but cash.
